Carter is a student at the University of Arkansas, where he is enrolled in the Walton College of Business Honors Program and maintain a 4.0 GPA. He is a graduate of Bentonville High School, and has built hands-on experience through leadership roles, public service, and customer-facing work. Alongside his coursework, he serves as a Walton Honors College Peer Mentor, where he supports fellow students through guidance, collaboration, and academic engagement. He also works at 7 Brew Coffee, gaining experience in fast-paced operations, customer experience, and team communication. He is especially interested in strategy-driven marketing, personal branding, and creative problem-solving. Outside of school and work, he enjoys being outdoors, playing sports, and traveling whenever he can.
