Our story.
In February 2022, Twilla Brooks left her corporate job to create her own company working with small, diverse and women owned businesses. Her goal is to give access to these companies that want to focus on creating business with mass retailers, specialty retailers and other smaller retailers. She has partnered with TV Personalities and other talent to explore talent management, strategic and influencer partnerships. Notable clients include Walmart, Bentonville Film Festival, NBC Universal, ALB Vodka and Dave and Jenny Marrs.
Over the last two years, Twilla has thought about how she can truly make a difference in the NWA community, and she knew that by creating Lynette Create and Innovate Consultant group this will allow her to truly be creative, be strategic and give back to her community. Even though her partnership has evolved over the last few years, she believes that LCI and Associates offers her and LCI Ambassadors an important outlet to culturally enhance the experience for so many.
Our mission.
Lynette Create and Innovate is an innovative consultant group that focuses on creating strategic planning across 5 key pillars: Brand Management, Marketing, Strategic Partnerships, Public Relations and Community Relations. Our goal is to provide more than services but to carefully curate a plan, event or strategy that focuses solely on the clients’ needs and perspectives. If needed, we will assemble key partner Ambassadors to help craft a detailed outline and plan that best suites the client. With over 25 years of expertise in the retail sector, we are very fortunate to have worked with corporations, non-profits, studios, small and diverse businesses and lifestyle experts. We strive to enhance the cultural experience with an inclusive mindset while also enhancing the mindset of our clients with whatever needs they may have.
